Held up on the project

Man, didnt think getting the new car would take so long!! I got the engine in and now i have a problem with the cam belt tensioner pulley thread being fooked. Also i have an alloy RS alternator bracket but i seem to have lost it somewhere so those 2 things are holding me up at the mo and its really bloody frustrating!!!

 

Gonna have a go at putting an insert in the pulley thread tomorrow, but the engine is in the car now and it'll be a pain in the butt!!

If your gonna helicoil it make sure when you tap the hole out that you wind the tap out approximately half a turn for every turn in to break off the swaff otherwise it may fook up your new thread
