A couple of guys came back from a site visit at work with this pic, they reckon it's a capri. I can see why & can't think of anything else it could be......but I'm not 100% sure it's a capper!

Looks more like an Aston Martin to me, the lack of rust on the alloy (or fiberglass if it is a kit) panels is a huge clue its not a capri. lol
