Tom Posted August 28, 2007 Report Posted August 28, 2007 I'm having a set of wheels done by spit and polish and they don't have the paint code for electric/monza blue. Does anyone know the mix formula or know of a similar colour from a newer car that i can get the paint code for? thanks
Tom Posted August 28, 2007 Author Report Posted August 28, 2007 yeah i've got the paint code but they cant match it on their system cos they haven't got the mix formula
kirk10 Posted August 28, 2007 Report Posted August 28, 2007 give me 5 mins to load me lap top and will give you the formula
Admin Vista Posted August 28, 2007 Admin Report Posted August 28, 2007 I always use spies hecker colour finder and it's almost never failed to come up trumps for me http://www.shcolor.info/scripts/colorin ... eralfilter It finds Monza and Electric blue though there are a number of different listings for each name Electric Blue has two listings under code U, both listed from 1970 to 1972 but having different panel numbers. I've no idea what they mean by panel numbers but once you've established the right one and the paint system, you can go on to get details of the paint mix. Probably worth a call to them to clarify any details Monza Blue has listings from 1972 to 1974 under code 793 and two different panel numbers
