First ever classic ford mag

Who remembers the mk1 mexico on the cover of the first classic ford mag that came out many years ago?

 

 

Id love to see some pics of that car again.

I got all but one Classic Ford mag and some old mags which Classic Ford replaced (cant rem what the called tho )

 

Will try and dig them out. Yellow Mex wernt it?

I never got the first Classic Ford mag, but had every other edition for many years until a few years ago when I stopped buying it.

Was a Yellow

Mk1 Mex with black Vinyl roof , running painted gold 7inch RS alloys and screaming crossflow , i got pics somewhere

it was a yellow mex and yes it did have gold wheels.deff was classic ford mag,not ford heritage!but that was a good mag to.

Got all of them.

 

The first cover featured a yellow Mexico which they lowered the rear arches an inch or two, blowing up a welder in the process.

 

They used a packet of Marlboros as a guide to get the ride height they wanted
