BaileyMex Posted October 19, 2007 Author Report Posted October 19, 2007 I'll have a look at the weekend, but I dont recall any thing under the cabs except the block breather, junked the old black ford resivoir and fitted the alloy burton take off pipe straight to the catch tank MIne would fill the catch tank on track days due to the oil surging. The crank would spin up the oil and throw it up the pipe. Are you sure you oil isn't surging. Have you ever had the oil pressure warning light come on when cornering/braking ? Warning lights, the MK1 dash only has one red ignition and light one green indicator How would I know if it's surging?

Check to see if theres a guaze in the pipe coming off the breather. My bike needs one when ragging it hard as the oil turns to vapour and then it would fill the catch tank when cooling down
