Chrome Plating - is it any good?

Anyone had their Rocker Cover or something similar chrome plated?

 

Was it any good or did it turn out to be a sack of pooh?

It's like most things, its all in the preperation. Take some advice from your local platers about what he needs you to do before chroming it.

 

I personally dont like chroming, by the time the cost of an item has been worked out its generally just as cheap to manufacture it out of St St.......although in your case that is'nt feasible.
