to help finance the re-build on the MK 1 shell that i'm getting.

Escortfinished.jpg

The spec is as follows:-

Freshly built 2.0 pinto with ported head, FR 32 cam and Bike carbs.

new WCXM.

Type nine 5 speed box with quick shift and large gearbox tunnel.

New single piece prop.

New 116lb single leaf springs and GAZ adjustable rear shockers.

Capri Bilstiens on the front.

7 x 13 Superlights.

I have put new sills and rear arches on it but the wing rails are starting to go and will need doing within the next couple of years.

I am thinking about asking £2,500 grand for it, is this about right or am I dreaming. I might break it if noone wants it.

Ian Corkills got some nice Old Skool Fords and he could gladly have it if he wants to add it to his already impressive old skool fleet. Ask Connor if he wants it (he says cheekily):mrgreen::mrgreen::thumbsup:

I think that 2.5k in todays osf market may be a bit low :?

One of the customers at work heard of a mk2 rolling shell that need quite a bit of work. No interior, no engine, and a few hole here and there. He bought it for £200 and advertised it staright away, He ended up taking £800 for it

Now I dont like the current trend of cashing in on the OSF scene and the ever increasing and sometimes crazy prices that some OSFs now demand but I would take what I could get to help finance the new project.

Advertise it for a high price then take it from there
