Trevmk3 Posted November 1, 2007 Report Posted November 1, 2007 Has anyone donated to the "Help for Heroes", as seen in the sun all this week. i have just done a donation online on the sun website http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/article388570.ece Visit www.helpforheroes.org.uk for further information.
Admin Vista Posted November 1, 2007 Admin Report Posted November 1, 2007 It is indeed a noble cause, but there should be no need for such organisations. It really angers me the level of compensation that is paid for minor injuries whilst seriously injured servicemen and women are given paltry sums and effectively told to F'off by the MOD. So they get a medical pension, ooooooo that's going to compensate them for there missing limbs, eyes, etc etc! What happened to the covenant MR BROWN???
Trevmk3 Posted November 1, 2007 Author Report Posted November 1, 2007 yeah it really pisses me off too, i like to show my support to the troops for doing what they do espescially as i have a friend who has been serving in Iraq
