Messenjah Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 johnny said one day this week (when his credit cxard arrives) he is gonna go collect them himself and send them out by courier the same dsay rick so should be before the end of the week
johnny_h Posted December 3, 2007 Author Report Posted December 3, 2007 when do we get these again gotta get me some brake pipe and a flaring tool so i can crack on as soon as they arrive Hopefully they will be sent out by the end of this week. Rick, rally design's braided brake hose parts are very cheap and easy to make up and fit. I've binned all the copper pipe on mine.
Rick Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 theres nout wrong with copper pipe. its all i can afford at the mo
johnny_h Posted December 3, 2007 Author Report Posted December 3, 2007 theres nout wrong with copper pipe. its all i can afford at the mo I'm saying by the time you have bought the pipe, fittings and flaring kit you may as well have bought braided. It will only be a couple of quid more. Havin said that I don't know how much copper pipe is a meter? PS BURTON POWER CHARGE ABOUT 4 TIMES AS MUCH AS RALLY DESIGN FOR THIER FITTINGS.
johnny_h Posted December 3, 2007 Author Report Posted December 3, 2007 i may be able to get it free yet Mate, there's only one word better than free and that's profit!
c1arke Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 i may be able to get it free yet Mate, there's only one word better than free and that's profit! o really so come on you said if you get loads of orders you get a discount am happy with wat i paid cause their 400 ish else were so haw much you got from it all you guaranteed about a 5er from all of us which with the saving you got me am happy giving you any way, as my dad said its not wat you no its who lol
Messenjah Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 i very much doubt johnny is doing it to make a profit m8 if that was his bag he wouldnt be sending by courier they would be comign to us the cheapest way possible to maximise profit IF he wa smaking any ...

Rick Posted December 10, 2007 Report Posted December 10, 2007 cheers man well chuffed with those! did you read that bit of yellow paper though. it says not for street use.... i take it were ignoring that bit of information.? why? are they too good for the road lol is the MOT man gonna shake his head
Messenjah Posted December 10, 2007 Report Posted December 10, 2007 i think its down to the lack of dust seals rick (i wasnt in for the delivery driver cant college mine till 3 )
Rick Posted December 10, 2007 Report Posted December 10, 2007 is it an MOT fail...? or will they just require a bit of servicing every weekend?
Messenjah Posted December 10, 2007 Report Posted December 10, 2007 well guys i bought these when i didnt have a ca rto put them on and the car ive ended up with has just had the ENTIRE braking system renewed and it stops lovely anyway if im honest so it seems a waste of time almost upgrading them ... so i will eithe rhold on to them and fit them at a later date or if someone wants to make me an offer ill sell them the original price was £280 but because i gave johnny such short notice i had to send postal orderes etc and pay for next day delivery so it cost me near enough £300 ... still £60 cheaper then ral des ! i will take them to the ace or you can collect from me in stevenag ein herts or i can post for a small aditionall charge not out to rip anyone off or tread on toes
