Had a wicked day today,Big thanks to Big rod Kev16v and Wayne WPE

For there help over the weekend otherwise i would not have made it today

As for today what a wicked day....Loads of fun and loads of nice cars out on the track,

All in all for the first time out on the track in the Cortina im one happy bunny,

A few tire issues but only minor pressures issues,

Thanks to Steve (Simply tires) for his help and advice,Mick for the Fuel and everyone else who made today a cracking day.

Only bad issues on the day..

Blue XE powered Mk2 that smashed in the tires quite hard early on,In the day.

Lloyds Mk1 Cortina`s front screen smashing,

As well a the Mk2 Lotus cortina that had the same problem...

And Sambo`s N/A losing its oil due to an hose spliting....

Dodgydonut blowing his gearbox up.....

And Mad Mick blowing his Head gaskit on the last lap.....Can that man peddle a car and does that car go

Car looked fantastic out there though .. a bit of tyre tuck on the corners .. try wider rims same tyre next time out

Trying to help eveyone else,Find bits for people get parts from people...

As for me car i Need to shorten the axle.

As even with 5.5 x 13" wheels they nearly touch the rear arch due to the disc rear end..

Makes for a bit of fun on the bends.....

 

But when it comes of the road for floors next winter i will get that sorted..

i think there was some over heating issues due to rad problems so ben told me. lots of smoke spose due to rings cooking probley a silly oversite im sure ben will sort
