Should get 20.5 x 7 x 13 MG4's on, no problem if you're currently running 205's. HPE did have some cheap Michelins if you don't mind the brand - I can't comment as I dont have any experience of the Mich's. A big cost saving though

What shafts have you got :? could be walking home from the Pod if it hooks up!

Yep Al thats about right mate

I run Quaife Grp1 halfshafts with ZF splines and a Capri LSD with ZF kit inside it with 3.7 ratio. 140lb rear springs (soon to be changed for 185's cos they are better for handling on the road) I run the shocks on soft up the pod and have my diff nose angled down. Other than that there are no other tricks with the rear end,i still wheelspin with slicks in 1st,2nd and 3rd gear,so with grip i dunno what time it would run.

I run 7" wide slicks on a 6" rim,i have tried the hoosier MG4's and the R15's,R15's are no longer available from Hoosier's. I found them slightly better on the strip and dont give the rear end a nasty wobble like the MG4's do when your doing 130mph+

I really need to try and get an 8" slick under my rear aches if i am to go any faster. But to be honest ive been there and done that with the quarter mile stuff now,its addictive but also bloody expensive to go that little bit quicker down the strip. Ive always wanted a 10 second escort and ive achieved my goal,so what lies ahead i dont know :?
