Hello chaps,ive recently bought myself a nice little mk2,im planning on fitting one of vauxhalls finest,i had an xe in my old 105e and it was bullit proof,i ran that on a dizzy ignition system and a pair of carbs.Would love to see some pics and see what others are using with there xe.cheers.

That looks the dogs danglies!did you build that front end yourself?do you run a coil pack/ecu,i can see there is no dizzy,is it all gm stuff?

yes m8 all home built

Ignition is MBE 3D mapped,which plugs into the standard crank sensor and coil pack.

No mate thats a ford coil pack running a megajolt ignition system. Only set me back about a hundred quid and is a piece of piss to set up and use

top man,i take it the edis unit is the zetec ignition pack? can i find this stuff on any zetec powered ford?thanks again.

Slowly! We had twins in march so not much time and hard to justify spending too much at the moment, but i keep doing a little bit now & then.
