Any C.S.A victims please note....... (updated).

That certain banks are now co-opperating fully with the C.S.A, if you have any savings locked in accounts or otherwise withdrawal and closing the account is strongly advised.

please also note letters in curculation of overpayment leading you into a false sense of security, later they DO ask for the money after sending a latter claiming they made a mistake (and of course they never make mistakes do they)...and guess what, youve spent it, store cash and stash it, the only safe way in my oppinion.

Also note employers can release money from your wages even before youve seen it, and can legally charge an admin fee of £1 for this...

For further advise on any of the above and more please dont hesitate to PM me.

Also , be warned of the new fairer CSA shceme (yeah right  )...

Now it makes no difference if you have no mortgage or a 500,000 mortgage the payments are the same... So if like me on the old system you mortgaged yourself to the limit, this now works against you...

I have 3 options....

Get myself banged up for 9 years. (allthough i would think when you get out you still have to back pay).

Give up work. (not sure on this one, but back pay seems to be there favourite 2 words  ).

Leave the country, something im contemplating... if nothing else theres a better life tpo be had elsewhere and if my family goes thats 4 more spaces for forighners which this goverment seems to want.

I had agro with the tossers, my ex wouldn't tell them that I had been giving her cash each month for 4 years for little un, ended up having to pay £78 a week back dated (just under 16k) of which she saw nothing anyway, oh, but their calculations showed that my other little un who lives with me cost £11 a week to feed and clothe, how does that work?

Then I got taken to within an inch of bankruptcy trying to gain access to see little un because she decided she wasn't playing ball and everything had to go through solicitors (she got legal aid for this), 3 years of solicitors bills later and I still haven't seen him, the courts set access dates and times which she wont keep to, making excuses that she or little uns ill and there's nothing that the legal system will do to intervene, the moral of the whole thing is that its good to screw the father of the child for every penny whilst allowing him as few rights as possible.

under the new sytem it works out around 160 from what i can work out... but as usuall theyve managed to complicate the fook outa me...

Of course my wife is claiming for her first son (even though i pleaded for her not to) , but as she works for a living and isnt a sponging leech on the countrys finances the CSA simply cannot be arsed to follow that case up and hes got away with it for 8 years now (thats around £1000 a year id guess)... so thats 3 kids i have to pay for now...

The mother (though she is nothing less than a child abductor to me) of my first daughter is a sponging leech and claims for everything and does fook all...so of course, im here to ballance the books.

And people wonder why despirate men dress up as super heros and hang off motorway bridges  i mean you need to be a super hero to cope with all the stress and grief of it all...

Another great CSA crack used to be the milage to work calculation they allowed you about 9p per mile running costs after the first 10 miles per day from your house (this figure may of changed in the last year or 2 ), my journey into work was 40 miles each way with a tidal river to cross and only one crossing point, the CSA's calculations are as the crow flys so they told me that my milage to work each day was 26 miles minus 10, =16 miles or 32 for a round trip.

That resulted in them allowing me £2.88 fuel per day to do an 80 mile round trip, or £14.40 for 400 miles, they didnt allow anything for maintainance, insurance or road tax either as according to them these are not essential, living in the middle of nowhere with no bus services doesnt mean that you need fuel to get into town to do any shopping and the 16 miles a day for taking other children to and from school doesnt count either, all these costs should come out of the £80 odd quid a week thats your "personnal allowance".

To top things off you should hope you dont ever have an accident or injury that means that you cant work for a while, I smashed my back up badly and it took them 18 weeks to sort out a temporary reduction in my payments, they were actually taking £17 a week more than I was getting in statatory sick pay, love them

i've only got four more years to go'

be well pleased when it ends, don't get me wrong, i'll do anything for my girl'

but they take a third of my wages, its a big chunk'

& because they'd rekon i'd got in arrears, which was there fault'

they take it straight out of my before wages before i see it'

& i can't get on the new system, because they'r working on the recent one's first

Reminds me of when i opened my wage packet at monthend to see £92.80, that was out of a month wages, that was what i had to live on for the next month

Oh, and my employer deducted £1 for admin fees....

its beyond laughable.

2 years ago the lovely c.s.a phoned me at work and told me that they had employed a magnum p.i to follow me. They demanded £400 a month off me. I wished them good luck and went self employed the next day. Not sure what you do for a living but it saved me a fortune, especially when i had lots of solicitiors bills to pay aswell. Good luck fella.

My mate Andy had some old Scottish tart move into his house and she then made sure she got fertilised A.S.A.P. . Out pops a baby girl and 5 mins later shes on her toes out the door  . The powers to be said as his house had gone up £50,000 in the 2 years she lived in it (never went to work and just ponced money of him etc) he had to give her £25,000 plus £400 a month child support  . She then flashed her gash at another bloke who owns a big building firm and the cycle starts again (except he's a millionaire  ) . The moral of the story is = You can pay a Polish ex-military comando £5,000 and he will shoot the bitch between the eyes and it's job done !!!!!!!:ykt::thumbsup:
