I got a silly question!

 

Can i run the braided fuel line inside the car?

Cool i didnt know if it was allowed it could be a bad thing if it leaks or you crash the car and it could be a bad thing maybe...

braided hoses are fine in the car IMO - i prefer them to be in the car as there less likely to get damaged

As long as its metal braided line.. you can, or solid metal with no rubber hose inside the car.

 

Normal braided fuel line (cloth/woven cover) is illegal.

 

And also stinks the car out

we got copper hard line for £8 and its done 3 cars so far

I wanted to use a copper hard line when I did the fuel line in my van but I couldn't find anybody local who could swage the ends so I asked the local MOT station about using rubber lines inside the car and they said as long as they were well supported and didn't chafe on anything they would be ok and that was 5 or 6 years ago and they passed the MOT's no sweat as well as scutineering for several RWYB's.
