I orded a new Tran X T9 through rally design When i rang Rally Design the kid who answered didnt even know what a Tran X T9 was and or the catalogue number then I paid and made aragements with them to send the doner box to them in kent as he told me to after he got advice. I sent the box to them as cost to me and 3 day latter i had this stroppy cock on the phone complaining why I had sent the box to them and not Tran X in Coventry I tryed to explain that that was what i was told to do he was proper rude we ended up having a proper row the prick wouldent have it that was what i was told to do but he did admit the kid is a trainee And that i told him the kid had got that info from someone else there as he didnt have a clue So it cost me an extra £10 to send it to Tran X in Coventry with rally designs courer Then when the Gear Box arived from Tran X the thing has not got a plug where speedo drive should be i took the plug out no speedo drive nothing so i rang them to get another stroppy tit who said our boxes are competition boxes we dont fit then it saids that on our web site so i told him i had looked at every inch of there site and no mension of that and i politely told him of at least 20+ people i know with Tran X boxes in there road cars and as many with Quaife and i reminded him that the doner box i supplyed to them via rally design had a speedo drive He rang me back saying they will send me a speedo drive to fix myself No fook that i take the box apart I said and any thing go wrong my warrenty is void we dont offer a warrenty he said i reminded im that I work for enviromental health and all new perches carry a warenty on parts at least So he aggred if i sent it back they will fix it So I sent it back at cost to me again and i wait and wait and ...................wait I rang them to be told my box in next to done it finaly turned up this week 3 weeks after sending it fitted it yesterday evening and went to fix the speedo cable to the box and gess what they have used a blanking plug and drilled a hole in it now the thickness of the plug and the thickness of the speedo caple fitting you cant get the circlip in ............cocks

Im with HIC and have been for 4 years this year they qouted £205 full comp I tryed Greg on here he was cheeper by £5 but to be honest It wasnt worth the agg for a fiver But i tryed Adran Flux and they qouted £154 for the same cover as HIC So I asked them to send e-mail me the quote and low and behold it was the the same insurance company as with HIC Trinity Classic but £51 cheeper A phone call to HIC and I am now a very happy bunny £154 being the wrong side of 45 also helps
