I wasnt in a particularly good mood today, but this just made it worse.

 

I ordered some bits from a company i wont name a couple of weeks back. One part was some cam followers. During work while bored i decided ill try to adjust the tappets using the old followers and get rid of the noise as im fed up of waiting for bits, and its a real nuisence not having a car. So i call up and ask how the order is getting on, as no money has been taken out. The person answers and takes some details then leaves me on hold for a minute to find out how it all is. Said person comes back and explains that im waiting for the followers to arrive before they can send the whole package. Fair dos so far. But then said person makes the comment that ive only been waiting 12 days. Hang on. 12 days is a long time to wait if you really need the parts. What pisses me off even more is that i havnt even been notified about the delay whatsoever. No email or call. Ive had trouble with this company before, in the same circumstances, and after waiting a month i called to enquire about when bits will arrive (carb trumpets too, a fairly common part) i found the order had been wiped off their computer because it had bocome inactive.

 

I felt like personally going down there and punching said person. But i refrained and kept the order for the other stuff. Now im never going there again and theyve definately lost a customer here who was planning to spend quite a lot in there shop in the near future.

i had the exact thign with burtons last week. waited 2 weeks and then called to ask where my orderwas and they said my card details were invalid (typo error which i accept) but then they dont even bother to call me to tell me but leasve me waiting 2 week!..nice customer service.

 

also had the same with rally design whoo had me wait 2 weeks for an order and never told me it wasnt ins tock....gotta admit they did get the order in the next day adn it was in the 1st post out so i cant complain about that :thumbsup:

ha ha ha i had a feeling it would be them :lol:

 

im gonna try and avoid going back if i can :lol: they obviously arent bothered about my customership since they dont bother to tell me about ym card details been wrong :roll:

I had an issue with my card the first time. They put it in as a mastercard or something when its a Visa. They then proceeded to mess it up by not telling me the parts werent there and then removing my order for not paying for it although they never took the money in the first place.

 

I dealt with rally design once and they where spot on as well as Escort-tec and G.S. Escorts. Ill be keeping my buisness to them for now on.

only had a little beef with rally design but they sorted it asap! cant fault the guys at escort-tec or g.s.escort either :thumbsup::ykt:

You get a priceless product with rally design...Honesty. They also keep you informed. Also competitive prices (ok i'm a very satisfied customer).

i've never had a problem with them and they are very good prices :thumbsup:

Shame about Burtons service :sad:

 

......but Rally Design are the tops when i have ordered anything . 100% satisfactory service everytime :ykt::thumbsup:

yep... same hear

 

when they have items in stock they're great

 

 

when they dont the u bunch of useless tosspots

 

dont tell you when they will have them, dont let you know they're out of stock

 

no contact and dont seem to give a shit

 

 

 

OH! and antother thing

 

my mate goes and spends £40 with them and gets fookin freebies

 

i spend nearly £300 and get Fook all

 

 

 

 

not that id use what he got... but thats not the point :?

if u got problems with burton,ring up and ask to talk to andy burton direct, or join the rallye sport escort forum and talk 2 him on there

me 2,was overcharged for parts i didnt even need,then when i confronted shop assistant i was politely told if u dont like it get the parts somewhere else,so thanks burton power :whack it: bigger thanks to rally design 4 the correct parts at the correct price :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Always try to use Rally Designs because I live close enough to collect. :mrgreen:

But it's a bit annoying that their not open at weekends.

They must be losing out on a lot of potential Saturday trade me thinks. :sad:
