oldbus Posted January 23, 2008 Report Posted January 23, 2008 Looks like i´ll be able to get the 24V into the van and i must slowly start thinking about keeping it cool. I´ve not got much room to play with (about 50cm x 55cm) and need a four core at least. Wheres the best place to get a radiator made up? Or is there maybe one i could buy off the shelf? Any ideas...? cheers, Dave
FlashCadillac Posted January 23, 2008 Report Posted January 23, 2008 Which country are you in??? i cant see many been able to help you with somewhere is germany how much money you got? are you looking for a nice shiney alloy one or a stock looking one
4parajon Posted January 23, 2008 Report Posted January 23, 2008 Try this firm Dave http://www.walkers-garage.co.uk/radiators.htm He made mine for the capri for me. If you need any help with getting it sent over, let me know and I'll sort it for you.
pauln Posted January 23, 2008 Report Posted January 23, 2008 I went on to e-bay. Checked the dimensions, hose outlet position and engine size it was designed to cool and took my pick. Ended up with a fairly decent Seat Arosa rad made by nissens (too small capacity for your purposes).

That was my first thought too, the problem is as the radiator is so small it´s going to have to be a high performance one, (four core) and i´m not sure if a standard small one, that would fit, is actually up to the job. To be honest mate i don´t want to risk cooking it.
