Copey Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 You men!! I pay someone to do my eyebrows. Wouldn't want nasty bushes over my eyes Indeed! You sad lot, I wax my legs and it hardly hurts much, specially when you are in a rush to go out, and saves loads of time cos they only need doing about once a month. The hardest bit is resisting the temptation to shave so it's long enough to wax again. Do you indeed! Either your name is misleading Fred or you is a body builder or summat??????? Do tell i was thinkin that too, my guess he could be a swimmer...

FredTransit Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 No, Fred's a Fred. Doris makes me sound about 70. Do I look like a Doris?
Muttley MK2 Posted February 9, 2008 Report Posted February 9, 2008 the site changes l a d y or w o m a n to doris
FredTransit Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 WTF? Er why?? When I think of Doris, I think of some granny, and not a Granada...... BTW word ban is only on w o m a n not lady. has everybody here got some kind of aversion to the word w0man?? I don't know whether to be offended or stunned
Burns Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 try typing s i e r r a i believe there's more words in the filter (some swearwords) but you'll have to find them out yourself
FredTransit Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 Dead easy to find out, put the suspect word in a post input box and click on preview.
over_head_cam Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 Doris is a colloquial term for a doris. Like Bird or bloke etc. And it's funny eg: "That doris behind the jump..."
FredTransit Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 Beginning to sound derogatory to me....
jimbo Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 TBH nazal hair is more of a problem and soooooo annoying now I am getting older, and you can't pluck them, eyes would be watering for a week!! My nose hair has been going strong for a few years now. And yes you can pluck. You need a bit of length in your nails or some tweezers and just give it a good bold yank (no hesitation) It becomes a very morish after a while! OK. So my pleasures are few and far between these days My old man used to get a single hair grow on the end of his nose. My mum hated it and would trim it off with scissors whilst he was asleep. Though, first time she did it, she plucked. The poor bastard nearly had a heart attack!
