I have appealed this on his behalf, but they want money Anyway, my dad said he heard on the radio about a website that can help you win appeals on parking tickets, but he can't remember it's name. They have a very big success rate apparently. I wondered if anyone on here knows about it before I spend hours trawling through the interweb. Thanks in advance
