filter king with pressure gauge????????

Are the gauges realy safe 2 leave in while the car is being driven,i have seen a few like this but i purchased the unit 2day and was told 2 always remove gauge after pressure is checked,is the man in the shop correct or does it not realy matter,has any body else left there gauge on?

yup was told to remove mine,but left it on last year with no probs not sure why you are told to remove them??

thats what i thaught i think they recomend u take them out but i cant see the harm in leaving them in

What leon said i left mine in but with no probs.But there must be a reason why they say take them away?

I was told "you're not supposed to leave them on" by speed shack when I bought mine but I have not had problems and not a sign of leaking in 2 years

was told to take mine off by southern carbs after set up... yeh right looks a lot better than a brass nut

The only reason that they say to take em off after setting the pressure, is because the vibration can knacker the guage, & then it can leak! we have used em for years, & never had a problem!! & like said before it looks nicer!!
