We have all had a bit of sideways fun in kimpton rd ind est. over the years :oops:

 

And the new entrance road Kimpton park way

 

There is a couple of cctv cameras all ready in Kimpton park way

 

BUT there was two guys putting up new cameras tonight in the Kimpton park way & also in the entrance to Tesco from the duel carriage way & the kimpton rd exit :shock:

 

The cameras are small boxes on 7ft ish poles

They can't read black + silver plates so we're alright then !!!!!! :mrgreen: . They're probably the "low emissions" zone camera shite :thumbsup:

Isnt that imperial way? or is that another place, not too clued up in that area :lol:

We have a nice roundabout near us, and they have put 6 cameras around the roundabout, strapped to lamp posts! So thats the fun over for that area :roll:

Oh Gazakastan, Iv'e been there!! I smuggled in a bottle of nitrous but I got rumbled. Things down below haven't been the same since :oops:

The lastest number plate recognition cameras are computer programmed to search for a front car shape (square box) as it approaches and then search for a reflective rectangle image in the centre (number plate) . They cannot see another shape (put reflective half circles on the end of your number plates) or non-reflective back grounds (oldskool black + silver plates) so won't lock onto your reg number automatically . Unless the camera is manually controlled /zoomed in etc etc then it won't see you as you pass :wink::thumbsup:
