the pleasures of owning a diamond white ford.

I had the same problem with my old laser. I went to the paint shop to buy some paint and was told there are 24 shades of diamond white - that's not allowing for the weathering!

Looks ok from the pics though.

It looks cool, its a capri

Seriously though it looks good, u have too remember that apart from people that respray there cars etc or are well looked after low milers etc the latest of our classic fords are what 18-20 years old so the paint is going too look a bit faded and iffy, mine does and thats a white laser but i still love it and polish it. :D

know the problem too well.

Got rid of the laser some years back, now have a 2.0S. That is in Nimbus Grey (a sort of dark silver colour). Every panel is a different shade but I don't care.

It is having a major restoration - didn't plan it that way just wanted to repair a leaking footwell. It just mushroomed out to both door pillars, new wings,... etc.... etc.... Been off the road for nearly 2 years now but should be back on the road this year.
