Stu_B Posted April 3, 2008 Author Report Posted April 3, 2008 Heres the engine spec: 1500 Pre-crossflow, all steel bottom end, Lotus crank and rods, Cosworth steel main caps, lightened, polished and balanced. +40 Power Max pistons, full race head (port, polish, big valves etc.) steel rocker shaft and posts, duplex timing gear, Tony Law manifold, twin DCOE 40’s. High capacity high pressure oil pump, Aldon racing distributor, Kent 244 cam, fully baffled sump. All studs, bolts etc. are ARP heavy duty. This was the spec 2 owners ago so I don't know what's changed Deffo still has twin 40's... hopefully the dizzy etc are all still on it & not been poached & replaced with standard!

Stu_B Posted April 3, 2008 Author Report Posted April 3, 2008 100e??? and whos getting the anglia ? ive got a mate who wants one Not a 100e mate! It's gonna be up for sale on here then if no interest I'll put it on ebay. I'll finish it first so it will be drivable & have tax & MOT till Jan' 09. The clutch is on it's way out but other than that it runs great Just needs a tidy up & paint really (unless you like the red oxide rat look ) Not sure how much it'll be yet but probably around £750

Stu_B Posted April 3, 2008 Author Report Posted April 3, 2008 Looks nice was an ebay buy ? Think i saw something similar recently ? Shame about not being able to finish yours but i bailed on mine and dont regret it !!! Nah, bought it from a mate who's just bought a Consul Classic! I'm a bit gutted about my other one but I need to sell it to pay for this & I don't have the space for 2! It's really starting to come together now as well, I've just refitted the front struts tonight & it's sitting nice & low at the front, the brackets are all done for the flipfront so it's just connecting the headlights & bolting it all up to do!
