In a drifting competition..... who wins?

It's not timed is it? Is it scored on syle and stuff like ice skating?

i dont know how its judged myself but my uncle is a judge in the BDC and was a drievr in the BDC for teh last 2 years so i could find out from him if you wanted

Its all about angle and speed, with a bit of style thrown in.

 

I went to see the D1 a while back. It was an exhibition day with the jap D1 cars. I was a bit upset to find that they laid out cones which you have to 'hit' to get full points. I thought that was highly gay and took away half the point of drifting. Everyone was just doing the same drifts then. Im not sure if they do it like that here, i hope not.

I would like more lock on the front of mine, but you can only go so far before the tyre hits the inner chassis rail, i guess there is more room with 13" wheels.

you could always make front inner arhces like you have in the rear, but then your gonna be losing out in the engine bay

True, but its that swaged bit on the chassis rails that it would hit, the bit you see when you look in the wheelarch

Put spacers in the tie rods to stop them from bottoming out as soon
