I just picked up a second hand rollcage and it's got a few scratches and chips in it. I want to paint it but what paint should I use? Would cellulose be ok? or will it react with what paint that is on there?

just remember to wrap it up when you goto squeezing it in the car soon picks up the chips and scratches again manouvering them in
I know, it was hard enough just getting it in the car to transport it home today, had to take the back bench out and the inner door handles

I thought they were plastic coated but i don't know. You could blast it back to bare and start again, wouldn't matter what you put on it then.

edit spelling

I used Plasticote in aerosol from B&Q on mine, great choice of colours and it doesn't seem to chip
Interesting, have you got any pics of the finnish you got using them? Cheers

it actually goes a long way so 5 max will give a good deep finish with plenty of protection. being a Plastic Paint its quite a lot like powder coating in the fact that it doesn't chip it just dents (if you hit it hard enough)

don't know how it will adhere to the lawn though
