Just got 5 liters of this with 2 liters of hardener.

Last of this guys old stock.

Any special care needed to spray it?

Whats the ratio for mixing. Using both cans equals 2.5 to 1.

Ideally you want an air fed visor, if you were using it at a place of work you'd need to to meet health and safety regs, but if you doing it in your garage at home a fine partical mask will be better than nothing, the choice is yours.

All paints will have different mixing ratios depending on manufacturer.

You may need to thin it down as well.

The primer I'm using at the moment is 4-1-1.

4 parts primer and 1 part each of thinners and hardener.

They are as you say normaly 4 part paint to one hardener to one thinner, or it can be 5 to one to one or three to one to one tell me the make of the primer and il probably be able to tell you. For gods sake add the same amount of thinner as hardener or it will be like flatting concrete and will go on like porridge! 80 percent of em is 4.1.1 mix ratio. You will be okay with a mask as its thick and doesnt throw up like laquers etc. :)
