5.3 diff

my mates given me a loan of a welded diff to try on the quarter i thought it was a 4.11 but now just as im ready to fit i checked and its a 5.3 my car is an anglia with nissan 200 1.8 turbo is this worth trying ?

I think you will be through all the gears before getting halfway up the strip

Maybe worth a try to see how it goes though

thanks thats what i think just put the figures into my mates chart and i think the top speed would be around 80mph
