mk14dr Posted June 14, 2008 Report Posted June 14, 2008 No, not another 'how much this worth' thread, but a 'how much oil should a 1600gt crossflow take?' thread. Answers on a postcard folks S

Smudger105e Posted June 14, 2008 Report Posted June 14, 2008 4 1/2litres sound a hellavalot to me... I bid 11 1/2 pints (Don't actually know )
mk14dr Posted June 14, 2008 Author Report Posted June 14, 2008 It will be in the Haynes Unfortunately I anit got a haynes for a 1600, will they most likely to take as much as a 1300?? Someone must know a figure D
antz Posted June 14, 2008 Report Posted June 14, 2008 just fill it until it says full on the dipstick. then swing the engine to get pressure up and let the oil filter fill up. then top it up. job done
Anglia68 Posted June 14, 2008 Report Posted June 14, 2008 According to my Haynes book a 1600 x-flow takes 3.96 litres including oil filter.
over_head_cam Posted June 14, 2008 Report Posted June 14, 2008 I was going to say 3.5 but I wasn't sure, but Mr Haynes knows
