.... ive put this up before, and I will again becuase the responses I get to this hobby are priceless and never cease to amaze me!

 

Ive been slated at work for my screen savers, namley Petrolhead01's 100e on a major smokey burn out at the Pod which some said to me "Is that Taxi's engine F***ed!"

 

Then someone at a petrol station running up to the 100e wanting a picture of their son next to a "Beetle".

 

And finally today an 18 year old chap..... "my mates got loads of parts for these old motors come round later"...........................

There's an auction house in suffolk doin a large auction of car parts end of the month, listed in the list is a Vintage Montego hand book

People wonder why I get all annoyed about the Mk1/2/3 transit thing. I get all interested when I hear there is a Mk2 transit in a yard somewhere, to find it a wedge shapes plasticy thing

at shows you get some dumb ass saying your carbs are loose an silly things like that and pull the car to bits poking at things they aint loose its the misab washers to stop petrol throthing stupid barstools since then i dont like lifting the bonnet people pick at bits scatch an dent the car lean all over it if i damage it fair enough cos i paid for it but others dont seem to give a damb it aint no concours car but its my toy an i love it....
