What I would like to know is (and this is not an un PC remark), WTF do their passport photos look like? If they are veiled in their PP pics, what's the point? If they are not, they will be veiled in public so what's the point? I would like to bet there is some stupid PC rule that says not every veiled visitor can be checked, otherwise whenever a Saudia flight comes in there would a massive backlog at immigration! It looks like a golden opportunity to get away with using somebody else's passport to me, whatever gender you are.....

on topic though; i never understood why theyre always shopping for underwear and clothes when im dragged along shopping with the misus.... cuz when do they get to wear it>?

Lots of our fashion customers have muslim buyers. If they wear strict traditional dress they often wear designer western dress under it, including underwear. they can wear what they like behind closed doors, and seeing a w0mans face is only for the husband and other w0men.

 

That having said, it's not actually in the Koran, it's a local tradition, w0men don't have to cover their faces. How the Koran is interpreted is always for the convenience of men. How many times do you see a muslim bloke in jeans and a T shirt accompanied by a w0man dressed as a guiness bottle?
