Admin Vista Posted July 18, 2008 Admin Report Posted July 18, 2008 You need to contact trading standards or the citizens advice bureau, it sounds like you're between a rock and a hard place and your only option now is the legal route.
tazrocks88 Posted July 18, 2008 Report Posted July 18, 2008 that is very od my mate had issues with a couple wheels from a set of alloys he bought from wolfrace and they changed them no questions asked i can understand ur frustration how high in the company have u gone it is always best to do ur reseach if u have trouble go above the person u have and issue with if poss! but as vista said CAB will know where u stand
Trevmk3 Posted July 18, 2008 Report Posted July 18, 2008 yeah get down the citizens advice burueau mate, they will be able to tell you better what you can do and what route to take. they recently advised me on how to deal with an insurance company that wanted me to pay nearly £17,000 after i had already paid for the damage of the car i hit (that was £4500 alone) long story not going into it again as ive posted about it already go see them
jamie k Posted July 18, 2008 Author Report Posted July 18, 2008 this is were it gets even better , my mum worked for a lawyer for 25 years who wrote letters first time round (paint flaking) tried second time threatend court action the lot nothing, phoned trading standrd =useless "aloy whos-for wats" wrote to the judge in the sunday mail who wrote back saying i would get a reply but nothing wrote to owner of w/r and no response every letter gets binned and every call ends with "sorry the person dealing with it is busy" or "please hold" no joke wen i say i held for 1 hour one day then the lines went dead so court seems the easiest but most difficult thing as mums OLD boss seems to also be too busy or not up to it thanks for reply any way. no wonder iv got grey hair so if i were to go to court where do i start?
