Mr Sam Posted July 20, 2008 Report Posted July 20, 2008 dont you just HATE (with a passion) horse boxes dither along at snail pace just because theres some ruddy smelly thing in the back and it gets worse ive been asked to change the lift pump on one im sure we all know lorries and trucks the cabs tip forward for nice easy access to the engine well guess what because its a bleeding horsebox the cab is joined to the rear body so no longer tips grr i hate horses,,,,,thankfully the factors havent been able to get hold of the bit so far
Durham Fiesta Posted July 20, 2008 Report Posted July 20, 2008 we have horses but agree with you that they are slow and a nuisance but with a few tonne of 10k plus horses in the back your not likely to be flying round corners
X FLOW EDDY Posted July 20, 2008 Report Posted July 20, 2008 Try doing a water pump on a bedford TK !!! Its done through the gear lever hole
antz Posted July 20, 2008 Report Posted July 20, 2008 i dont like horses or anything to do with horses.

They normally have a flap above the cab to allow for it. Other than that, it's gyneicoligy to get at the engine!
Mr Sam Posted July 21, 2008 Author Report Posted July 21, 2008 unless theres a hatch from the cab to the engine? but im sure theres no way it will tip, it leads stright into a dining room bedroom thing in the rear box section thats not the actual one but its the same body on the back
Trevmk3 Posted July 21, 2008 Report Posted July 21, 2008 our horses came to the 4th party bash, lots of you didn't!!! hmmm they were your horses i just thought they were lost horse boxes are a pain in the neck though
