My '79 Mk1 Fiesta - RGA Splitter!

Hello everyone, my name is lewis davison, i am 13 years old and live at the marvelous northern town of sunderland Anyway, since henry built this marvelous little hatchback, it has had the following "allterations" :

 

1300 engine and box fitted

millionth edition interior fitted

front bumper removed and holes smothed

full respray in ford stratos silver

under arches (well, only 1 so far) painted black

standard steel wheels repainted peugoet cassack grey

boot carpet fitted

boot tidy fitted

xr2 centre console fitted

xr2 steering wheel fitted

 

and in the future, i hope to do the following:

 

fit xr2 interior

fit -50mm lowering springs

fit 185/60/13 tyres to gunmetal grey pots or xr2 steelies (pepperpots)

fit rs front spoiler

fit rs rear roof spoiler

fit xr2 rear boot spoiler

 

anyway, enough of my big mouth, here ar the pics

 

here are the progress pics, from when i got it, to the day it was painted

 

after that, i tried some escort 14" wheels on, whick i liked at the time, but i think pepperpots or mk2 xr2 steels would look better

after that i fitted some more parts, and here it is how it stands now

this is how it looks at the moment - bar the pepperpot - the fiesta sticker from the rear window is going soon

change of plan, i have bought some early mk2 xr2 steel wheels, which will be going on as soon as i get 'em!

right, time to see my new wheels, here they are, early xr2 steelies.

painted in ford stratos silver (like my car) and wrapped in 2 very good 185/60's and 2 new 175/50 rubber.

can't wait to get them on

i got some 4 spokes coming in very soon, and im swapping a standard black dash for a grey xr2 one, so all i need now is some xr2 seats, carpet and headlining, so if you have any of those 3, please tell me as im trying to find a full xr2 interior
