Mines the same as yours and is £42 a month (and I thought that was cheap ) Privately owned garages go for quite a bit more.

It's garage plots rather than a block of garages.... I went to look yesterday, most of them are proper garages but some are just tin sheds people have built.... hope theres a proper garage one going spare
