i went up to my alotment today, not been there in a while cos ive been ill and when i left i had everything growing in my shed and out in the plot

 

when i got there the majority of my pumpkins, turnips courgettes had been nicked, my apples off my tree were long gone and my rasperry bush had been proper stripped

 

annoyed i went into my shed which had been broken into and my King cucumbers and tomatoes had gone

 

if that wasnt bad enough no only had the fookers stolen most of my stuff but they broken the gate so that the rabbits could finish off what they hadnt nicked andddd killed my flowers by tramping over them in their hurry to nick my stuff... thieving scum

The raspberries would be gone now anyway, anything inside would have died from drought wouldn't it? and any courgettes would be enormous! (marrows)

 

I read recently a report of increasing thefts of this kind, due to credit crunch. Due to idle layabout thieves more like!

ive had mines for a few years but ive been there since i was five, my dads got one right next to mines so id always help him out

 

our rasperries are always late, everything inside can survive for ages without me being there because ive rigged up a watering system for when it rains and its been raining lots and courgettes and pumpkins were planted late so they were near about ready

 

it doesnt matter if they werent anyways its the point the King stole everything

before we had a fence put up around the whole alotment all the plot holders would end up finding some doris who lived locally picking at their veggies cos theyre too cheap to buy them

 

and its not even one set of people everyone does it, even the plotholders nick each others stuff, admittedly its mostly the new ones that dont last long, dont hand back their key and head back for freebies
