Ppl having stupid number plates and stuff are

1, Breaking the law

2, Unlikely to have the plate recognised by ANPR, therefore if the vehicle is stolen, then it will not be traced.

3, Looking chavvy

if i get your number plate and car type....

n then go online (without any proof of ownership, logbook, nothing) buy some illegal plates, and race around in a car identicle to yours.... and not get fined for it, im sure you would be pissed off that those BS numbers arent there and you have no proof against the speeding fines/parking fines/accident that "never happened" etc

I'm torn... old skool metal plates do look sweet (on an old skool car of course) but it's always chavy twats who have em on their clio's and corsa's! and then if someone does reproduce your plates then fooks up, you could get fooked? form/function.... form/function....

 

still would have old black metal plates if me car was pre 73!
