take the plates off and put some flowers on it and tell them its a large garden ornament :lol: but its true what has been said that if a car is compleatly covered they do not have the right to remove or touch said cover

if I have not got her on the road by mid november will get a cover.

just going to get done the bits i need for the MOT so I can get her TAXED.

 

Then has I start the work to rod it will make sure they can still see the TAX disc

That's a very good point, and what if you take the number plates off? Take the plates off and cover it up. They might have a mumble about keeping scrap on the land, but that's not what they are telling you they will remove.

I blame the price of scrap. If it was like back in the old days, when you had to pay to get rid of a car, nobody would be tendering to drag em away.

 

they just dump em and set em alight instead

 

What I meant was if there was no money in taking the cars away, the council would leave em where they were.
