Then has I start the work to rod it will make sure they can still see the TAX disc

They might have a mumble about keeping scrap on the land, but that's not what they are telling you they will remove. I blame the price of scrap. If it was like back in the old days, when you had to pay to get rid of a car, nobody would be tendering to drag em away. they just dump em and set em alight instead What I meant was if there was no money in taking the cars away, the council would leave em where they were.
