a local guy was up in court today for theft of a brass plaque which was to comemorate the death of a soldier in iraq, who lived local,this guy weighed it in as scrap or tried but got caught

he got fined £100 and banned from scrap dealing and thats it

dont know how the law can justify such a shallow punishment

I feel that the book be thrown at him, as he has stolen from a "grave."

 

"We" as a family have had a memorial stolen from our fathers grave, I feel that the bas**rd should die in a severe state
