Grey Crayford Posted November 16, 2008 Author Report Posted November 16, 2008 As promised, here's a few photos of my cortina project. This is what I started with......... This is how it looked after the first rebuild (the X pack capri in the photo was the last old school ford I rebuilt)............... These are a couple of photos from the current rebuild, got loads more, they're from a couple of years ago, a lot more has been done since they were taken.......................... Like I said, a lot more has been done since these were taken, will put some more up to date photos up when I can. Hope you like the ideas on this car, would apreciate your responces, need a kick up the a*** every once in a while to carry on with it!!!

Grey Crayford Posted November 17, 2008 Author Report Posted November 17, 2008 Aherm, lol who said that escort cosworth rims wouldnt fit on an OSF? they look the nuts did you have to use spacers? or longer studs etc? nice project mate Liking that Xpack capri aswell Thanks for the response, yes I had to use longer studs & spacers to get them to fit. They're no longer on the car though, its now got a set of image split rims on, 9x17 rears 7x16 fronts. The cossie rims were taken off after I decided to go to A V8 instead of a pinto or cosworth conversion. They also looked too wide on the front end & made the steering super heavy!!
marky4 Posted November 17, 2008 Report Posted November 17, 2008 as others have said, it's your car do what you like to it looks like some nice work in the pics sounds like it's going to be the nuts
