Hello, now i have started work on my capri...i have got a little stuck.... i have a 1987 2.0 laser....does anyone know if the bumpers are meant to be Matt Black or Satin Black???

get some satin smooth rattle can and that works a treat

satin black, halfords smooth satin black is cheap + good, its what i use for my black bits

my bumpers are painted metallic black without laquer. Looks just like satin black but in the right light you get a litle metallic shimmer

i sprayed my matt black an it looks gud

im getting them powder coated great finish (seen on my dad's m8 mini) looks great.. and more chip resiliant

Thanks...i shall get some tomorrow! . another question...this one seems a little silly...but where can i get a set of locking wheel nuts for it, i have some MINT RS wheels and dont fancy having them stolen! thanks again guys

I dont know really, would've said any modern Ford locking set should fit?

yes modern locking nuts will fit as ford ka alloy wheel nuts are the same as capri alloy wheel nuts

and another thing - did u also know the Capri bonnet stay rod grommet thingy can also still be bought brand new. Yep, it's another item now produced for the KA!

satin black
