my sons 27 now, ive got vidio footage of him driving my cortina when he was 11 , he could only just see over steering wheel lol.

I let my son loose in my garage soon as i was sure I could trust him, still makes a terrible mess where ever he goes, I wish he would put the same amount of effort into making a mess into the Mk1 escort 2 door I bought him 7 years ago, still in the garage, untouched and still in the fecin way, think he is waiting for the garage faries to build it, hes got a long wait.

My daughter used to love helping with the wheel nuts using the air impact driver. I would put it on and hold it, whilst she pulled the trigger.

 

Unfortunately, one day she picked the thing up and tried herself before I was ready. The socket was not on properly and skipped off, then skittled acrodd the face of the wheel. These wheels haven't even seen a road yet.

 

It will be a while before she gets to play again, but I am eager to get in helping when I rebuild the V8.
