antz Posted December 3, 2008 Report Posted December 3, 2008 you need a set of SFS silicone hoses to go with them....in yellow
Retro-gone. Posted December 3, 2008 Author Report Posted December 3, 2008 look at the ebay link above, a cheaper alternative, hose covers..
5hane Posted December 3, 2008 Report Posted December 3, 2008 IMO you should have black hoses, you can have a too much of agood thing (not a dig if you go with yellow, will still look great ), i think you need something to break it up a bit, like the black manifold and silver on the rockercover etc.. does. your choice entierly, but something to think about? i know it will look great what ever you do lol, ALWAYS does (you are soooooo pacient )
Retro-gone. Posted December 3, 2008 Author Report Posted December 3, 2008 i was actually thinkin of blue hoses

Retro-gone. Posted December 4, 2008 Author Report Posted December 4, 2008 looks good, i take it, its going to live on that engine stand and be just for show as no way will it stay that clean once its fitted cheers, i know it wont stay that clean when its in but itl stay that clean for as long as i can keep it that way, ive used my capri for 12 years as a daily come rain, snow or shine but from now on its gonna be dry day use only so that will keep it cleaner.
countrybumpkin Posted December 4, 2008 Report Posted December 4, 2008 looks good, i like it a lot i ment say that its a shame that it has to get dirty after you put so much love in to building it, i know i wouldnt want to fit it, i'd want it sat there on the engine stand for all to admire
Chris! Posted December 4, 2008 Report Posted December 4, 2008 Looks beautiful Tony, i dont understand people that put dirty old engines back in a car
