just came here as your site was showing on my site stats.

Sorry about the link the 1st time, thought that would recognise me a little.

(no need to delete my original username guys  )

Keep your pants on mate. the links were to a particular picture in a particular section of your site, posted in 1 thread by one of our members, which is probably at least a couple of pages down the list by now anyway.

Noobs making their site addy their first post is a bit cheeky don't you think?

Is'nt your username ?

thats all i saw then in your post saw it another 2 times .

yes thats right, bad habbit of mine, my ebay user id is my website name also  tend to use it as a default username, silly me :)

i don't tend to think of 'advertising' as my site just gets loads of hits anyway and there is no point using up my bandwidth with forum hits (bandwidth costs money) as forum hits are so impermanent.

I tend to view forums where my site is mentioned just to say hello more than anything.:mrgreen:

Well that's sorted then, glad you edited your post so my answer looks pointless :?

Can I just say though that if you are worried about bandwidth then posting your site addy is kind of counter productive

yes quite right, I posted it because I thought it may have been of interest to this forum and because I thought someone would recognise me and say what the discussion was about my site, if my site was about nude celebs id have kept it to myself :D

* moved this bit 'cos i think it got missed earlier in thread *

Anyway, I had an XR2mk2 in 1991 to 1998 but I broke it. I was intending to have it for many more years, but there you go.

It would be a nice oldskoolford now, if the rot hadn't got it by then. I spent the same doing it up in 1997 as I did to by it in 1991, loads of people said I was mad and I should have bought a new car instead of doing up the old one! But I guess you chaps must think the same way as me. I would have reshelled it when the rust got to it.

Thanks for the greets :) nice to be here

Your other username was seen to be a spammer so the computer said no but the one you have now is fine so enjoy the site .

no probs

just realised that a 1985 xr2mk2 wouldn't fall into an oldskool category, shame I can't edit the post now

unfortunately I only drive a tarted up 2003 focus mk1 now, although I cycle to work because of global warming, my bicycle is 19 years old though(!)
