johnny_h Posted September 13, 2006 Report Posted September 13, 2006 What should mk1 escort mexico engine mounts look like? I'm putting my engine in tomorow (Standard 1600 crossflow). I have two engine mounts that are circular rubber donuts. Is that all they are? I don't know anything about this type of thing so don't be afraid to teach me to suck eggs. Cheers

johnny_h Posted September 13, 2006 Author Report Posted September 13, 2006 Mine are definitely not rectangular. Can't get a pic up. They are about the same diameter as a tin of boot polish but about 2-3 inches thick with a single threaded stud thru the middle.
