Posted January 16, 2009 Report Posted January 16, 2009 i painted my bonnet in 2k today and i didnt have a mask, i feel really sick and a banging headache, also theres a permenant awful odour when i breathe thro my nose, i know i shouldnt have done it but i had to get it done . ive heard stories of pro painters drinking full fat milk to rid the effects ?
