what program do you use for photoshopping???

ive tried a few that ive downloaded but cant seem to do what i want to do, what programs are you using and have you a link, please?

Adobe Photoshop - you can download a free trial off their site or use limewire (file sharing program) to download it, I use version 8.0 CS
