Like Dalek says,just throw the rubber away and then fit the blocks.

It's only there as an insulator against road noise but tbh you won't notice any difference with it removed. :thumbsup:

that pic there take the whole bracket off which has the rubber in it

 

knock it off with a hammer then there must be a nipple or bolt through the spring which will sit in the lowering block

 

put the rubber on the top of your block then into the axel

erm... what :shock::huh:

 

done it now anyway dave, i cut the rubber down , on the other side i had to make a bush (out of copper pipe and pushbike hanlebar)as the locating peg was too small for the locating hole, its a snug fit now

Cooper do their cobra tyres in 175/70/13 if you wanted to keep the white lettered look.

 

Bit tall and thin but I haven't found any others currently on the market that aren't 205/60/13. Bit ghey really, because I really want white letters for mine whe I get it.

i think the white letters give it more of the 70`s feel mate ok i know what your saying about scrubbing but thats part and parcle of white letters and walls
