watch my son nearly die in a house fire when he was 18 month old, he has 75% severe burn scarring to his body, luckily not on his face or arms.. ...he spent 2 years in pinderfields hospital, 25 years and 14 skingrafts later hes happily married to a girl that couldnt give a monkeys about his scars and they have 4 great kids,

wife still has a good cry about it once and a while, to be honest i do too.

Good luck with it Dave, I gave up drinking for a month once to do a cleanse after some alternative therapy work and it was so bloody hard going. It must be so difficult to pack it in completely.

jed m8 i can assure you that it wasnt that you failed. despite what you see on tv shows its rare to get anyone back from a cardiac arrest even with all the drugs and defibs etc. dont blame yourself dude

Me and our lass were sitting feet up on a Friday night when my bird got a call of a paramedic, "we have your daughter in an ambulance, driving past your house on way to the hospital, can we pick you up on the way past"

 

Then sitting all night, she was almost dead, and was like 7am when she started to come out of it, King scarey
