Mine pain was every week for 7 years. When my ex wife n I split, I had my daughter EVERY weekend throughout, despite her moving 100 miles away. Picking her up every Friday night was bliss but dropping her again on the Sunday was hell. Not ashamed to say my 2 1/2 hour drive home every week was a sad one

However...... She's now 13 and lives with me and has done for 8 months. Her & Pauline get on great so happy days

some really emotional stories there and id feel bad for putting anythin down here as its insignificant compared to what most of you have had to go thro!

but what the hell

Hardest thing i had to do was to stop sleeping with my ex when she left me for someone else. She was quite a good looking girl, very nice body and knew exactly how to hit my switches. I really hate the thought of people cheating, even makes me feel kinda sick seeing it on TV. One day i just woke up and thought, enough is enough, but she kept trying, and despite the shit she put me through i still had feelings for her.

You know what they say... God gave men a brain and a penis, but only enough blood to run one at a time!.

Quite some stories here, only thing that comes close in my life was one when my grandad on my mums side died, never knew my grandad on my fathers side, died before I was born. When his kidneys gave up everyone was told to basically pay their last respects, for some reason I never went, dunno why? too youn? i cant remember. Part of me still wished I went thou.

Another time when was a mate of mine and Sarahs we used to work with in Halfords was killed in a car accident. We went to the funeral there was so many people. Sarah still goes to the grave but his best mate cant face goin.

When I was 15, I started hanging around with the local boyracers and was spending most of the nights drinking, I would come home wrecked and then the next morning, dragged out of bed (if I made it that far) to go to school  My Mum gave up on me, she thought it was something I needed to get out of my system  Then I started becoming ill, mostly problems with my kidneys. The Doctors told me to stop the drinking, besides the fact I was underage, the Kidneys weren't as good as they should be. I gave up the drinking there and then and stopped hanging around with my mates......I've not touched alcohol for 12 years, although I have had drinks spiked in between which has put me in hospital

Try to revive my dad when he had a heart attack but i failed and he died.

That would kill me that :sad::sad:

My dads best mate Chris Pringle and I was out watching my dad doing a rally . He went up to my dads window and shouted in it ''All These Brows Are Flat!!!'' I asked him later on what it ment in him saying that.. Told me a story from 1979 at the start of the section he fold up the map and put it away, Looked at my dad and said ''All These Brows Are Flat!!'' So they went blasting blasting over the road called sweethope chris was stutering F-F-Flat left, F-F-Flat right as they were landing on one wheel.

Latter in the night we were waiting for the cars just sitting in his car and Chris got a pain going up his back into his neck the his head. He got taking to the hospital. In the morning he was dead. I couldn't be leave it

Really fit fella and was such a careing loving guy.

Last words to my dad was ''All These Brows Are Flat!!''

in the last year i've had my granda somehow recover after having a massive heart attack where he stopped breathing for about 5 mins ( he went up the club the other day for his first pint since it happened :D ) and my mate commited suicide in september of last year, which is the first time i've been to a funeral for someone so young :(

when i was 11, my nan died in our front room, when i was 15 had to sit next to my Mom, when she was taking her last breath, when i was 17 sat next to my uncle while his body shut down after liver failure, then when i was 19,

heard my dad collapse on the landing, jumped out of bed to see him getting back up, only to pass out again, he had 2 heart attacks, but the old guy is still going strong now :)

everyone has sad times in life, best to not let them get the better of u and think of the happier times, as after all with me anyhow ill see the family again in 60 odd years time, when we will be back together, although ill still be in the escort in heaven.

there`s so much thats gone on in my life its hard to say which is hardest

giving up smoking is one of the hardest, but i think the hardest thing was having to hear that my 14 year old daughter was a victim of rape, i had so many mixed emotions, my world had just come to an end, i just cried my eyes out and at the same time i went out to find the guy

but having to face the truth that my daughter had been violated in this way i would say has to be the hardest thing i ever had to face
