Messenjah Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 eight inches give or take a few mm and as it happens ive got a pair for sale £120 the pair fabric is like new condition no rips tears or scuffs were stored badly by previous owner (had them from new only fitted them in a car for 200 miles) and this has caused the drivers bolster to collapse on the inside edge of the seat (only notice it if you are feeling the seat feels fine sitting in it and would be a cheap repair) £120
antz Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 the bolster problem can be repaired with a bit of know how. i have a cobra daytona and the bottom bolster had completely snapped. i unstictched the fabric and then made a brace from wood. pinned it weith two knitting needles and glued it back ogether. got my mum to stitch it up. its not perfect but its sturdy!
